FAQ's

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve our catering services for your event. Any cancellation of the event date will result in forfeiture of this deposit.

At the time of booking, your catering coordinator will send over a deposit link and contract for you to sign. You are required to sign this as a binding agreement between you and Tasteful Temptations and it specifies the date, time, location, and per person payment required for the event.

Your initial quote will require your anticipated guest count. But don’t worry if things aren’t confirmed as yet! We will reach out around the four-week mark prior to your event to get your minimum guest count (along with 50% of your balance). We also reach out at the two- week mark to get your final guest count and balance.

In these unprecedented times, we understand that things may not always go as planned. We are willing to work with you on your event needs, no matter how big or small they may be.

All events and drop-offs are subject to a 15% event fee, delivery charge and local sales tax. Our event fee is not a gratuity for staff. It covers all back-end costs that accrue to produce your event.
Events requiring bartenders will be subject to an additional Bar service fee which includes 1 bartender, setup, service, and any appropriate mixers and glassware and is based on type of bar service requested. We require one bartender per 75 guests.
Labor charges are dependent on event type and total event time. For buffets, we usually allot 1 server per 25 guests and for plated events, 1 server per 15 guests.
We also charge an installation/breakdown fee based on setup/breakdown needs.

We certainly do! Let your catering coordinator know about any children that may be in attendance, and they can share our “Children’s Corner” Menu with you. Please note that we consider children to be within the age range of 3-11 (under 3 is free!). We also have the ability to cater to your guests’ special dietary restrictions. Let your Catering Coordinator know the different needs of your guests and we will be sure to accommodate them all.

Tasteful Temptations agrees to make a good faith effort to accommodate a greater number of guests than initially identified by your final count, should a greater number attend the event. Should said accommodations be made, a charge of 1.5 times your agreed upon per person price will be invoiced per extra guest in attendance.

Absolutely not! We are lucky to have our mobile kitchen which can facilitate all your catering needs and will bring it on site for an additional fee.

We absolutely can! We have tables of different sizes in house as well as standard white folding chairs. We also have white and navy linen in house in addition to other rentals. In the event that we don’t have something you were looking for, we can coordinate with local vendors to get you those items.

You can! We only require you to provide a cake from a licensed baker. We can cut and serve it for a small additional fee.
